Anderson moved,oanden moved:To allow the bills and draw warrants for the
amounts .Mot ion carreied.
$anden moved, `fidmaier seconded:To grant a 3.2 % beer license to
Paul Lampros for one yearilMotion carried.
Dr.Anderson reported on the oiling of streets that they did not
know just when they would get at it but that things were alright.
Jordan moved, v enab le seconded:To adjourn subject to the call ofthe
Mayor. Motion carried.

The meeting was called to orJer at 2;00 P.M. by the -ayor to consider
the trouble caused when the marshal requested J. .Haney not to park
in the street, it .Haney having drawn a knife on the marshal and after-
wari8/ threatened the marshals life with a gun to other 1,eople.
Anderson,Fullmer, Jordan,Sanden,Venable and Widmaier present.
There being a beer, wine and spir itous liquor license application in,
Jordan, moved,Fullmer seconded:To grant a malt,vinous and spiritou.s liquor
license to Faye WOods,lerne Woods and Arlo Stevens for the rem .inidr of
the year .Motion carried.
F7idrnaier moved,Anderson seconded:To instruct the clerk to buy the
track limit signs and try the FA. signs as they were painting signs.

It was finally decided to have Mr. Nidmaier talk to the thr n 1cou#ty
att' y and Mr.Haney and see what could be done about getting the trouble
with uhe marshal straightened pp .

At 7:45 P. M. the meeting was called by the 41ayor.
Those present were : Anderson, Fullmer, Jordan, Sanden, Venable and Widmaier.
The minutes of the regular meeting of May 7 were read and approved as react.
There being nothing of importance,the communications were filed.
On account of the condition of the sidewalk by Schoonovers,the clerk
was in' tructed to ask the owner to repair it. It was decided to have the
sidewalks on main street repaired and then to get the property owner
to pay the town for the work.
There was some talk about bands for the aTpointive officers but no
action was taken.
