SPECIAL WDRKSHOP MEETING
LONG RANGE PLANNING BOARD
DECEMBER 20, 1982
Present: William A. Mayer, Chairman
Kenneth Rubsamen
Thomas O. Boucher
Charles E. Eaton
Absent: Charles Wanio
Also Attending: Gene Caputo, Executive Management.
The Special Workshop Meeting of the Long Range Planning Board was called to
order at 9:10 A.M., and some of the matters from the previous meeting were
reviewed.
There then continued a discussion on a page by page basis as to any corrections,
additions or deletions, including the following items:
Fences, walls and hedges
Number of parking spaces allowed
Net density
Signs
Landscape requirements
Permitted uses in all zoning districts
Plans reviewed by Planning Board.
Additional costs on application, and time frame
Off street parking and loading space
Filing fees
Residency requirement change for membership on the Planning Board.
There being no further business to come before the Planning Board, the meeting
adjourned at 10:30 A.M.
