RESOLUTION AUTHORlZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH FITZMEDIA, INC., FOR MEDIA CONSULTING
SERVICES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE BOROUGH'S SID
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Borough is in need of professional media consulting services, to
include public relations and marketing services, in conjunction with the
Borough's SID Program; and
WHEREAS, FitzMedia, Inc., posses the requisite skill and expertise to provide
said services; and
WHEREAS, FitzMedia has submitted a proposal to provide said services at a
total initial cost not to exceed $15,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the Borough's Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are
available for said purpose through the Borough's SID Program Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the proposal from FitzMedia, Inc., 2758 Kennedy
Boulevard, P.O. Box 6666, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306, to provide media
consulting services, to include public relation and marketing services, at a total
initial cost not to exceed $15,000.00, is hereby approved and authorized through
the Borough's SID Program Budget.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate Borough Officials are
hereby authorized and directed to award a contract to FitzMedia for said
professional media services as an award of a professional services contract.
