set of preliminary drawings had previously been presented. Mr. Rubsamen
stated that a fence may be required by the pool. In answer to Mr. Rubsamen's
question, Mr. Wright stated that these plans would supercede any previously
submitted. The plans were reviewed, and Mr. Wright was informed that they
will now be sent to the County Building Department, and when they are returned,
the permit will be issued from the Town.
Mrs. Houbler questioned the Board in regard to her property, as to the time
frame in regard to the recommendation to the Commission. Mr. Rubsamen stated
that it may be necessary, prior to the building permit being issued, that the
seawall will have to be extended, and it will be the interpretation of the
Building Department that will decide the matter.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned
at 10:30 A.M.

Mrs. Gwynn, I hereby submit required documents, along with
this letter, as my request to the Town Planning Board and to
the Town Commission tl•.a.t my property known as Lot 1 of H.V.

be entered and platted as two building lots of record, by
proper authority Town of Gulf Stream, Florida.
I request that consideration and action be taken on this
matter at the next meeting of the Town Planning Board, on
March 2, 1983; and at the next meeting of the Town Commission,
Gulf Str, -arn, Florida, at it's next meeting on March 11, 1983•
Since the Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners approved
this property to be two building lots on March 18, 1980; I
would assume and hope that there would be no unnecessary
delay or problem in getting it approved and entered in the
Town of Gulf®tream Plat maps and records, as such.
Would you please notify me, so as to verify the exact time
and "date of these meetings, so that I may personally attend,
r and be able to present any additional information, etc. if
necessary.
