Approvals: Department/ Committee/Individual Initials Remarks (Originator/ Support) Mayor / Council City Manager Community Development Ng,;;:7 Originator Treasurer Clerk Police Department Public Works Golf Operations Parks & Recreation COST IMPACT: n/a Airport FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Library City Attorney TIMELINE: Grant Coordinator Other: SUMMARY STATEMENT: On December 4, 2007 the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission (Commission) held a regularly scheduled and noticed public hearing for purpose of evaluating a Subdivision final plat with a Planned Unit Development (PUD), Scenic Route, and Design Review applications for Crossbar Condominiums. Approval of this land use action allows the construction of sixty (60) condominium units, on approximately 4.49 acres. The Commission found that these land use applications met the requirements of McCall's City Code, Titles 3 and 9. The Commission recommends to City Council approval the Subdivision and PUD land use applications with the associated conditions. The complete land use file is available for public review during normal working hours in the Community Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the findings and conclusions for the Crossbar Condominium Preliminary Plat Subdivision (SUB-07- 10) and the accompanying Planned Unit Development overlay (PUD-07-08.)
