SUMMARY STATEMENT: The City of McCall has a lease agreement with Neighborhood Housing
Services for development of housing on 9 lots on McCall Ave. (Greystone Village #3). One of the new
housing units has been sold to Peter J. Wessel. Accordingly, Mr. Wessel will assume the land lease for Lot
8, Greystone Village #3, at 1555 McCall Ave.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the transfer of the land lease for Lot 8, Greystone Village #3,
from Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. to Peter J. Wessel, and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents.
