SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Staff recommends that Council approve Ordinance No. 849 amending Subchapter C of Chapter 6 of Title 5
of the City Code to delete the Snowmobile Safety Education Program and clarify snowmobile regulations.
At the February 14, 2008 City Council meeting, Ordinance 849 was read by title only, one time only.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules, and read by title only the second and third readings.
Adopt Ordinance No. 849.
