Dear Mrs. Gwynn: VAN LENNUP PROJECT
I would like to request a variance from the new side yard setback
requirement of 15 feet to a side yard setback of 11'10 ".
My client wishes to add a room above the existing garage, and to
conform with the new setback would create an unattractive addi-
tion. This new addition will in no way effect the adjoining
property.
Further, I would like to submit for site plan approval on this
project.
Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any further
questions.
Yours sincerely,

Gentlemen:
We have been contacted by George & Pat Patterson to assist in the
designing & remodeling of their Gulfstream residence.
The project will consist of demolishing the north & south portions
of the existing house, leaving the main section to be renovated. A
four car garage, with living quarters above, will be constructed @
the north end while a living room & two guest suites will be constructed
@ the south end. A westward expansion of the main house will create a
large family room, library & dining room, all looking over the new
swimming pool & cabana.
The new wood frame clapboard expansion will add a contemporary flare
to articulate the traditional style of the existing residence. A
perimeter fence with indigenous landscaping will surround the 13,000
square foot estate to enhance the esthetic quality of the surrounding
area.
We're looking forward in working with the Town of Gulf Stream and if
there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely yours,
GEE & JENSON
