APPOINTING VARIOUS MEMBERS OF AFSCME LOCAL # 3850 TO
UPGRADED JOB TITLES/CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Borough Administrator has reviewed and evaluated the job duties being
performed by the various municipal employees set forth on Schedule A which is attached
hereto; and
WHEREAS, based upon said review, the Borough Administrator has recommended that
said employees be appointed to, or have their existing job title/classification reclassified
to, the new position or job title/classification as set forth on the attached Schedule A; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret has determined that it is in
the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments or job title/classification
changes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the various municipal employees set forth on Schedule A be appointed to,
or have their job title/classification reclassified to, the new position or new job
title/classification set forth therein effective July 1, 2001.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Schedule A shall be attached hereto and shall
become a part hereof.
Adopted this 6th day of September, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 7, 2001.
