Dear Mr. Iglehart:
As a follow -up to my letter of May
17th, concerning appointment of a Town Planning Com-
mittee, please be advised that the Town Commission,
while in regular session on June 4th, did appoint the
following individuals to comprise a Town of Gulf Stream
Planning Committee:

Messrs. Ball, Bordeman and .,hittemore
being the currently available Members met in the Town
Hall, Tuesday, June Bth. It was agreed, by those pre-
sent, that Mr. S,hittemore would act as Chairman of the
Committee for the ensuing year.
Mr. v;hittemore informed the other
Vembers that Mr. Dodson had advised him that morning
of being unable to serve on the Committee, at this
time, due to serious illness in his family. A second
meeting of the Planning Committee was scheduled to be
held in the Town Nall, at 4:30 o'clock P.M., Monday,
June 21, 1971. It was further determined to recommend
appointment, by the Town Commission, of Mr. Arnold Jones
to fill the vacancy due to Mr. Dodson's withdrawal from
Committee membership.
