On Fridav, 4 Nov 7? a meeting of [he Planninp
Board .was held at Town Hall.
Present: L. M. Ball
E. Clements
W Mayer
Town Clerk, Mrs. William Gwynn
There was some discussion of nominees for the
Planning Board and the following were suggested:
Don
Dayton
Gerry
Eberts
John
Stevenson
J .
Bob
Dixon
Pete
DuBois
other names may be for.thcominf.
The zoning of all vacant property in the town was
discussed and the recommendarion of the board is
to propose no changes at this time.
A proposal to consider an ordinance specifying a
minimum elevation of a residence ground floor in
relation to the crown of the front road was dis-
cussed. People with experience in nearby cities
have recommended against such an ordinance so
the subject was dropped.
No urgent business awaits action so the meeting
was adjourned, 6
Since there are only three active members of the
Planning Board and there should be five it is sug-
gested that the Towm Commission consider appointing
two new members. It may be time also to consider
whether or not a new chairman should be appointed.
