Having talked on the telephone with you on several occasions,
over the past three yearsq I was in your office on Wednesday the
16th of May for the purpose of discussing the possibility of
connecting a property in Gulfstream to the Delray Beach sewage
system.
The property in question is adjacent on the North to the
Gulfstream Bath and Tennis Club which has been for a number of
Years connected to Delray's sewage system. The enclosed copy of
an atrial photograph, taken on December 19, 19779 for the Engin-
eering Department for Palm Beach County, shows my property
bounded in red and the nearest tie -in point marked "X ".
I understand that it would be my responsibility to get per-
mission for this work from the town of Gulfstream. A formal re-
quest will be made at their next meeting on June 8, 1979. Further,
I understand that all work would be done according to specifications
and regulations of your engineering department, and at my expense.
I presently have sixteen apartments on the south 200 feet, and
plan to build as many as twenty -eight units on the north 300 feet.
I would hope to be able to tie -in during August of 1980.
Your favorable response to this request would be greatly
appreciated.
