The press had been notified of this meeting.
The meeting was called to order by Brian Pfeifler.
Plans were presented to the Board for a 24 unit apartment building. After
discussing this and noting that there could have been 25 units to this
apartment building instead of 24, and meeting all Town Zoning requirements
and codes, the plans were approved subject to a stamp of approval from
the Health Department and from the Department of Natural Resources of
the State of Florida concerning the coastal construction control line.
