The press had been notified of this meeting.
Meeting was called to order by Brian Pfeifler. Plans for a 24 unit
condominium were reviewed. The plans met all government and departmental
regulations and Town zoning etc. At that point they were approved by the
Planning Board for a permit.
Re: 4 Villas, Shore Road. Owner Builder, Mr. Harry Teel was unable to
attend this meeting, therefore discussion on this project was tabled until
a later date.
