PLANNING BOARD MEETING
FEBRUARY 11, 1982
The meeting commenced at 9:00 A.M.
The CcnTnittee discussed the first phase of the internal inconsistencies of the
Code of Ordinances. The Town Commission authorized the Committee only to the
completion of the first phase. The Conutission would then inform the Cammittee
if it would be necessary to commence the second phase of the Code of Ordinances,
and the costs which might incur in the undertaking of the second phase.
Commissioner Dixsom then submitted changes in approximately eighteen areas which
he felt were needed in the second phase to the Code of Ordinances. Copies were
made of the changes and presented to each Committee member for study. It was
decided that another meeting would be set at a later date, at which time the
Cammittee would discuss those submitted changes.
Mrs. Charles Scherer, resident of Gulf Stream, was in attendance to present
blueprints of structural changes to her pool for approval by the Planning Board.
After discussion with Mrs. Scherer, the C:ammittee approved her plans, with the
correction to the plans of the direction in which her gate would be placed.
There being no further comments, meeting adjourned, 9:43 A.M.
