SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached is DRAFT Resolution 08-10, implementing a Sewer Rate increase sufficient to repay the revenue
bonds associated with the Wausau judgment and provide other necessary capital improvements, including the
replacement of Lift Station #7.
A final rate study from CH2M HILL will be provided to the Council prior to the public hearing. A final
recommended Resolution, reflecting the analysis in the rate study, will also be provided to the Council.
