SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Rick Skinner, Bond Counsel for the City, has prepared
revenue bonds up to $7.1 million.
the attached Ordinance 855, authorizing the sale of
repay US Bank for their purchase of the Warrant
pay issuance costs.
The proceeds from the sale of the bonds will be use to
authorized by Resolution 08-12, fund a Reserve Fund, and
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Suspend the rules and read by title only, one time only, Ordinance 855.
2. Adopt Ordinance 855.
