The Mayor and all of the dater Committee Mere present with Mr.Larson
at 7:40 P.M. and signed this ; ggreement :
Mr.Larson permits the Town of t.ult to put down a test well on his farm
just west of the high school at a place ft.west of his north east
corner of his farm.If the well tests ou .satisfactory for the town p
purposes, the site is to be abandoned and the hole filled and there
woulci not be any cost to the town.
Should thewell be satisfactory then the Town agrees to pay %ir.Larson
or his heirs 50.00 per year/ for 5 yrs .Should the title be transfered
by the end of the 5 years then the pay, rents will cease,but the payments
will continue as long as i T'r.Larson holds the title to the land..fter
5 years the well may be abandoned and the payments will cease.
Mr.Larson promises to make a deed for the arcel pf land ft. by
ft.should tine town wish to use the same.

Mayor Yolander called the meeting to order at 7:65 r. .
The members present were:And€:rson,Fullmer, Gordan, Sanden and Venable
ridmaier absent.
The clerk read the minutes of the regular meeting of Aug.6 and the
called meetings of .ug.10-1-2 2 and the meeting of the water Committee
ai:d jlr. arson.which were arproved. as read.
Jordan moved,Sanden seconded:To go up on the wads Hansens place
and make a test for water.Liotion carried.

Dr.Anderson ;poke about thed=4Nones putting in curbs and how it would
improve the looks of the street. He asked that the marshal should
ask some of the people about the matter.

The meeting was called to order at 7:40 r . s 1. by the ,, ayor .

The minutes of the regular meeting of Sept .3 were and approved
as read.
it was decidedto purchase a right of way for a. road on the Hansen
farm out the where a well would be put down and also get a deed to
the land for the well. Mr.kolander was asked to look after this.
Fullmer moved,Venable seconded:That Oliver Shaw be required to
take out a building permit on the building he is constructing as a
pump repair place.Motton carried.
