HomeMy Public PortalAboutPAGE 273Special meeting of Mayor, 'ater Committee and Er.Larson t ugust 25 40 The Mayor and all of the dater Committee Mere present with Mr.Larson at 7:40 P.M. and signed this ; ggreement : Mr.Larson permits the Town of t.ult to put down a test well on his farm just west of the high school at a place ft.west of his north east corner of his farm.If the well tests ou .satisfactory for the town p purposes, the site is to be abandoned and the hole filled and there woulci not be any cost to the town. Should thewell be satisfactory then the Town agrees to pay %ir.Larson or his heirs 50.00 per year/ for 5 yrs .Should the title be transfered by the end of the 5 years then the pay, rents will cease,but the payments will continue as long as i T'r.Larson holds the title to the land..fter 5 years the well may be abandoned and the payments will cease. Mr.Larson promises to make a deed for the arcel pf land ft. by ft.should tine town wish to use the same. This article was signed by h.. r.A.
