AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for
1000-2000 fire extinguishers; and
NOW, THERE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
ofCarteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough officials are hereby authorized to prepare bid
specifications and contract documents and to advertise for the receipt of
bids for 1000-2000 fire extinguishers.
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Department and the Borough Attorney.
Adopted this 23cO day of March, 2006
and certified as a true copy of the
original on Man:~h 24, 2006.
