SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City has lodged what is called the "agency record" in the lawsuit filed by McCall Aviation that
challenges the City's denial of its Design Review application. The agency record consists of all relevant
information regarding the issues in the case, including transcripts of meetings, hearings, etc. The City has
an obligation to sustain or deny the objections within 14 days that the objections were filed.
The Council's decision will then be part of the record that is forwarded to the Court. Staff supports the
Agency Record as lodged.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Review the Objections filed by McCall Aviation and determine whether to sustain or deny the
Objections.
