3.DPW -Phosphorous Control Plan presentation [20 minutes]
a.The Phosphorus Control Plan (PCP)is required by the Town's National Pollutant
Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)permit for stormwater issued by the
EPA.It's a requirement for communities in the Charles River watershed to
reduce pollution from stormwater runoff.Consultant from Tighe &Bond will be
providing a short presentation.
