SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall applied for and received funding ($80,063) to build a detached multiuse pathway at
Payette Lakes Middle School through the Safe Routes to School program. The Idaho Transportation
Department requires a State/Local agreement to be signed prior to allocation of funding (attached). In
addition, a resolution stating that the agreement has been approved by the City Council is required by ITD.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the State/Local agreement for Safe Routes to School (Key No. 11502), pass Resolution 08-16,
and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
