SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Perry Sands, dba P & T Idaho LLC assumed the lease on the hanger 607 lease parcel in June 2005. They
have now transferred ownership to Skylife Ent. LLC. The FY 08 lease payment of $1,411.17 is current. It is
recommended that an administrative fee of $200 be assessed for this lease assumption. -
It is recommended that City Council approve the lease assumption from P&T Idaho to Skylife Ent LLC for
the property under hangar 607 and authorize the Mayor to sign the assumption.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the lease assumption from P&T Idaho to Skylife Ent LLC for the property under hangar 607
and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
