SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The owner of Hangar 541 has sold, which requires that we assign the lease to the new owner. This is one of
the new "East Hangar Project" leases. The attached lease assignment should be signed by the Mayor and
then the seller and owner will "close" on June 13. The transaction will be recorded, and a copy will be
returned for our files. We have requested a $200 transaction fee. The lease terms remain unchanged as this
is not a new lease.
It is recommended that City Council authorize the Mayor to sign the lease assignment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the lease assumption from Frank Bruneel to Steve Binninger of Hangar 541 and authorize the
Mayor to sign the lease assignment.
