RESOLUTION NO. 95 -3428
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING THE PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR
1995 -96.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Compensation
A. As listed in Table I, the schedule of classifications, pay ranges and steps constitute the
compensation plan applicable to all full time employees. This compensation plan is
effective July 1, 1995.
B. As listed in Table II, the schedule of classifications, pay ranges and steps constitute the
compensation plan applicable to all part time employees. This compensation plan is
effective July 1, 1995.
SECTION 2. Cost of Living Increase
A. A cost of living increase of 1.5% will be provided to all full time and part time employees
effective July 1, 1995.
SECTION 3. Administration of the Compensation Plan
A. The employee shall be eligible to receive one step increase within the range of the position
at the time of the annual evaluation.
SECTION 4. Employee Benefits
A. An 8% increase in the Optional Benefit Program will be provided to all full time employees
effective July 1, 1995.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
