RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR THE CORNELL ESTATES ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS the Borough ofCarteret (the "Borough") desires to initiate a Cornell Estates
Road Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the Borough needs to solicit bids to perform said work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Borough's Consulting Engineer and Purchasing Agent are hereby
authorized to. prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for the
receipt of proposals for the Cornell Estates Road Improvement Project.
Adopted this 30'h day of March, 2006
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 31, 2006.
