SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On April 24, 2008 the City Council adopted Resolution 08-11 authorizing the refund of Community Housing
fees collected under Ordinance 820. There have been eleven (11) requests for refunds by applicants who
paid voluntary fees under Ordinances 827 and 833. Resolution 08-17 repeals Resolution 08-11 and replaces
it as the current Refund Policy for Community Housing for the City of McCall.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 08-17 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
