APPOINTING A PROVISIONAL POLICE CAPTAIN
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Captain in the Police Department in the
Borough of Carteret and
\VHREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret that
DENNIS MC FADDEN
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Provisional Police Captain, in the
Police Department, of the Borough ofCarteret, effective March 28, 2006.
Adopted this 30th day of March, 2006
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 31, 2006.
