Vidrnaier moved,Jordan seconded:That Oliver 3haw be told to pull the casing from the well on the Hansen farm and if Shaw refused to comply with r -quest, that .=ir.8tephenson be given the job,and be :paid out of the money withheld from the cost of putting down thy._ well and itheld to protect the Towns interest in the rnatter.Motion carried upon roll call. L r.8tephenson told the board that he had located a -good supply of water on the krn.Graefe's farm west of town and that the well would rroduce at least 300 gal.of water.He had made two tests west of the Graefe house one close and one about half way to the west line and there was about 24 ft . of water. Jordan moved, itdmaier seconded:That another test be made still farther west and that a well be developed on the best hole of the three.Motion carried. '-r . Stephenson who put in the well on the Graefe tarm talkedto the bore board about the well stating the the out -side tubing did not go only to 40 ft.as he had struck a cement gravel there and could not get through. It was decided to accept the well as it tested 390 gal.when drawn to the bottom and ti.e: e W3_ 11 it. of . ater in the well at 315 Gal.re also stated that if the well wrong he would make it Bight without cost to the Town. 1"r.Fullner stated that he had asked Oliver Lihaw to pull the casing from the well on the Hansen farm and that a -r .haw had taken his well machine up there and thought he could not pull the casing.t was reported that -ir ►haw had dynamited the casing. i'ir.Fullrner gave some ,rices he had reciveJ on dizi:erent size pipes. Venable moved, Sanden seconded:That Mr.Fullmer get the lowest price on pipes he could and order 6 : 8 in.pipes for the job.._otion carried. There was a petition by the grocery men of town,asking that an ondinance be gassed to regulate the sale of meat in the town.Tabled. Jordan roved, idmaier :econded:To grant 0.
