SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Council adopted a tentative budget in the amount of $16,147,177 on July 18, 2008
Council conducted a duly noticed, public hearing at the August 14 Council meeting regarding the tentative
FY09 budget. The Council did not change the tentative budget.
The public hearing was left open until August 28 so the public could submit written comments. One
comment was received by email, and is attached.
Also attached is a memo from Lindley Kirkpatrick, dated August 8, 2008, discussing three unresolved
issues in the FY09 budget.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Suspend the rules, read by title only, one time only Ordinance No. 860.
2. Adopt Ordinance No. 860 setting the FY09 City of McCall budget appropriation at $16,147,177.
