AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION TO THE JEFFERSON CITY POLICE
DEPARTMENT AMENDING THE 2022-2023 ANNUAL BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXPENDITURE OF SUCH FUNDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby granted supplemental appropriated within the Jefferson
City Department Budget in the amount of $14,295 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached
hereto.
Section 2. The Jefferson City Police Department is authorized to utilize this money
for the purchase of an Animal Control Truck using Animal Shelter Donation Funds.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
