SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Steve and Dawn Tansill of the Great Escape are requesting a suspension of the noise ordinance for their
customer appreciation free concert at Art Roberts Park on September 6, 2008, 11:00am — 10:30pm. They
have a request in for Street Carnival and Catering Permits and Parks Reservation.
Please see the attached letter from Mr. and Mrs. Tansill requesting the suspension of the noise ordinance.
Recommended Action:
1. Approve the request and suspend the noise ordinance.
