SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This is the second of three grants that are funding the Environmental Assessment for the relocation of
taxiway "A". An associated task order and contract with W&H Pacific is also on the September 11, 2008
City of McCall agenda for consideration. AIP 13 in the amount of $128,574 was previously approved, AIP
14 in the amount of $44,799 has been offered, and a third grant in FY 09 in the amount of $90,092 will be
offered by FAA, most likely in June 2009. This will bring the total FAA grant funding for this project to
$263,465 with a grant match of $13,867.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Approve the grant offer and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
2. Authorize the City Attorney to complete the "Certification of Sponsor's Attorney'
