RE: Mr. Barry Eavenson
Lot 64 Place Au Soleil
The Town of Gulf Stream has been notified by the
Palm Beach County Building Department that Mr. Eavenson's
residence located on Lot 64 Place Au Soleil has been
completed and final inspection has been reported and
passed by the Palm Beach County Building Inspector,
therefore giving the Town of Gulf Stream authority to issue
occupancy to the building according to Ordinance #83 -1
Section XiII.

Mr. Stahl wanted the Minutes to reflect the reason he abstained from voting on
item 3.B.O.A. #1 -84.
1. He was not present at the February meeting when this item was first
brought before the Planning and Zoning Board.
2. He arrived late for the March 7th meeting, thereby coming in during
the middle of the discussion.
Motion was made and seconded that the minutes be approved with the corrections.

A request by Anthony Pugliese for location of a spa on property described
by metes and bounds and located at 1511 N. Ocean Blvd was granted by the
Board. Approval was also granted by the Board for a Gazebo. Plans were
then sent to the Palm Beach County Building Department for review.
4. P.B. #84 -5
A request by George Patterson for site plan review on property described as
lots 29 - 30 Gulf Stream Properties and located at 3268 N. Ocean Blvd
was granted by the Board. This request approved for remodeling of residence
on the south side only.
