SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The original Strategic Plan was created by the Library Board in 2002, and an updated version was created in
2005, after the districting failed. The board feels that a new direction needs to be taken by an active library,
and the following updated Strategic Plan is now being presented.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the McCall Public Library Strategic Plan.
