SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In order to respond to questions raised at the October 29 work session, staff recommends that the public hearing be
continued until the next regular Council meeting.
A revised Impact Fee Study, reflecting the issues raised on October 29, is being finalized. Until that document is
finalized and distributed to the public and the Council, it is premature to consider the matter further.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Continue the Public Hearing until December 18, 2008 at 6: 00 pm.
