The meeting was called to order by the Layer at 8:00 1:"•. .
Those repDnting for roll call were:Anderson,pullmer,5anden, Venable
& lidmaier. Jordan absent.
This meeting was called because of try=_ condition of the Mexicans on
Saturday night after 12 o'clock. The Boa rd considered it advisable
to have an ordinance drawn up stolTing the sale of 3.2 ,3 beer at
midnight/46i pi after careful consid :ration the following
action as ta`:en.Venable moved, :iimaier seconded:That the rules be
suspended and the ordinance controlling the sale of 'L.2 '` beer be read
and pa,esed at this meet ing. I l voted aye upon roll call.
