SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Council has requested additional information on the Mile High Marina Conditional Use Permit
application submitted (but not accepted) on April 6, 2007. That information is attached. A number of written
comments have been received from the public. All of those comments are attached.
The Council has previously been provided with a number of documents, including:
1. August 1, 2008 Memo to Council with attachments

3. Executive Summary of the Technical Report of the Big Payette Lake Water Quality Council (1996)
4. Big Payette Lake Management Plan & Implementation Program (1997)
5. Executive Summary and Abstract of Personal Watercraft and Powerboat Use on Big Payette Lake
(2005)
6. April 6, 2007 Mile High Marina CUP application (not accepted for review)
As the owner of the site, Council must decide which, if either, proponent may negotiate a lease and submit
land use applications for the development of a new or expanded marina. An additional memo will be
provided to the Council prior to the December 4 meeting.
