SUMMARY STATEMENT:
City staff initially requested a summary of incentive based ordinances in August of 2008 from VARHA.
Then the Council requested this information on incentive based ordinances which were linked to the first
quarter of funding for VARHA. Mike David, VARHA Executive Director, will present the attached report
to the City Council.
