SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On November 23 the Council met with representatives of the Idaho Department of Commerce, Valley
County Board of Commissioners, Upper Payette River Economic Development, McCall Area Chamber of
Commerce, McCall Area Merchants Association, and other business interests in McCall. A number of
economic development topics were discussed.
The FY10 budget includes $30,000 for economic development activities. The specific use of those funds is
not designated. Council action is required to define how those funds will be spent.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide direction regarding FY10 Economic Development activities.
