Steve West and Jim Coleman, of Centra Consulting, will present the Council with information on `value
engineering' and how it can be applied to the Wastewater Facility Plan.
Attached is a Statement of Qualifications from Centra, and a paper entitled Value Standard and Body of
Knowledge.
