SUMMARY STATEMENT:
After discussion with the Allan, Lindley and the Golf Advisory Committee, it is our recommendation that
we change the fee structure for the coming year by approximately 5% across the board on all rates rounded
up to the next dollar. With a shortfall in income compared to our budget for expenses we feel that we need
to do a rate adjustment for the 2010 season. These rates will still make us the cheapest place to play in the
area. All of the daily rates will only increase 1 or 2 dollars each except for the after 5 rate on weekends and
holidays will remain the same. We will continue to promote the golf course and try to keep golf as
affordable as possible.
With some of the rate increase being slightly over 5%, to be in compliance with Idaho Code 63-1311A, a
public hearing will be held on January 14, 2010. Also according to state code notice of the public hearing
will run once each week for the two (2) weeks preceding the week during which the hearing required by this
section will be held, December 24, 2009 and January 7, 2010.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the golf rate structure as recommended.
