The proposed revision to the Personnel Policy Manual was previously presented to the council for review.
The changes requested by Council and the City Attorney have been made and a final draft has been
provided. The attached memo outlines the changes which were made to this draft. The changes are further
highlighted on the draft copy for your reference.
