SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The proposed subdivision will consist of 26 single-family lots located along a new road (Violet Way)
between Spring Mt. Ranch Blvd, and Bitterroot Drive. The applicant has received engineering approval
from the City Engineer for the construction plans. However, the applicant is altering those plans to realign
a driveway, and is in the process of securing renewed engineering approval for construction plans and the
final plat.
On September 1, 2009 the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission considered this application and
recommended it for approval by the Council.
The complete land use file is available for review during normal working hours in the Community
Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve SUB-08-05 subject to the presented Findings and Conclusions.
