SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Idaho Code § 50-467 requires that the Mayor and the Council, within six (6) days following any election,
meet for the purpose of canvassing the results of the election.
The attached Resolution will be finalized for Council action after the election judges and clerks have finalized
tabulating the votes.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Proclaim the election results final and adopt Resolution No. 09-12 and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents.
