SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The owners of Reserve on Payette have requested that the City swap a 2.012 acre parcel on Flynn Lane for
a 2.393 acre parcel within Reserve on Payette. See the attached letter from Phil Feinberg and Mike Eckhart,
representing Reserve on Payette.
The process that must be followed to complete a land swap is identified in IC 50-1402, also attached.
See the attached memo.
