AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, APPROVING A
PRELIMINARY PUD PLAN FOR PROPERTY ADDRESSED AS 901
SCHOTTHILL WOODS COURT.
WHEREAS, the Stinger Group LLC, owners of the real estate hereinafter
described, having submitted a Preliminary PUD Plan of said real
estate described as follows: Lots Nos. 97 & 98, Schotthill Woods
Subdivision, Section 4, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County,
Missouri. Containing 3.43 acres, more or less.
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in the zoning code relating
to zoning and PUD Plans have in all matters been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Preliminary PUD Site Plan and Building Elevations,
attached as Exhibit A, are hereby approved for the above described real estate.
Section 2. Requirements for elements such as future land uses, signage,
and lighting of the property shall be limited to the specifications permitted by the
C-2 General Commercial zoning district.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
