AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY SUPPLEMENTALLY
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN SALES TAX G.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated from unbudgeted funds
within Sales Tax G to the Street Resurfacing account, $1,649,000.00 as indicated on
Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
