All members shall be residents of the city or the area of city impact for a period of at least two (2) years prior to appointment. There is currently 1 position vacant on the McCall Area P&Z Commission. Linda Corder has applied to serve on the Commission for this position. The P&Z reviewed Ms. Corder's request at a meeting on October 19th. The Commission unanimously recommended Linda Corder for appointment by the City Council. Attached is the letter of interest from Linda Corder. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Appoint Linda Corder as a McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commissioner for a term of three (3) years, expiring October 2012.
