SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A Ground Lease Rider specific to closing for Brad Kraushaar, 1543 McCall Avenue, with Rural
Development. Graham Hubner with McCall Mortgage Company will present the Ground Lease Rider to
the City Council.
The actual Rider was not available at the time the Agenda Bill was written. A place holder has been added
to the packet and will be replaced when the rider is available.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Ground Lease Rider and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
